I had a very positive experience with Darrell as he was able to rejuvenate my older computer and it's now working as it was before. My Dell laptop had completely died and it is now good to go. Also, the repair costs were very reasonable. Thank you PC Repair Network and Darrell.

I dropped my laptop last year and damaged my hard drive and operating system . I went to two computer places and they gave me an estimate of almost 400 dollars. Mr Darrell replaced and fixed all the issues for half the cost, was very flexible and extremely fast repair time. Update My first review was when he helped me with the laptop, just a week after getting back my laptop, the laptop went bad again,so i returned it for fixing for about 4 times and he couldnt fix the problem. But my biggest issue was that i turned in my laptop with a brand new charger from bestbuy but when he retured my laptop, he gave me an old and damaged charger. I called and texted him to get back my original charger but he stopped returning my calls or text. Was very disappointed and felt scammed I Thank you for responding that my accusation was false. I attached a screenshot of my conversation with you before you stopped responding.

It is a scam. address is fake, there is no physical store. the person asked to pay and sign some very long agreement in advance before the repair started and disappear with my laptop without replying to my text or any phone calls.

I was experiencing a down system could not get my computer to start up could not get to my data could not do my job PC repair came out to my house and in less than 2 hours they had Windows reinstalled had recovered all my data and helped me reload some programs they did a fabulous job
