Excellent computer support and great guy. He knows what he's doing and his prices are good. He is friendly and explains what is going to happen with your computer. I had something going on with my PC that I thought would require me getting a new machine. He took the computer, did some work to it and it's now running as fast as it did the day I bought it. He saved me 900! Highly recommended.

I consider myself to be rather computer savvy and I have a fair base of knowledge when it comes to hardware. My desktop PC began crashing at random intervals and I tried everything that I could think of from updating drivers to checking my disk validity all the way to reinstalling my OS. No results. I got in touch with Chuck at PC-supportal and he was very helpful in offering some suggestions through correspondence then taking a look at the system in person. Chuck was able to diagnose the problem which ended up being bad sectors in a single stick of memory (this can ruin your day) and what's more impressive is that standard tests couldn't find the issue as I'd tried memory tests myself. Chuck was a pleasure to deal with and was quick to find a solution for me. The pricing is very reasonable and the value in working with PC-supportal is absolutely exceptional.
