My dogs ashes were lost in the recent fire and I have yet to be contacted by them in regards to anything. Not only did they lose my best friends ashes they don’t even have the decency to contact me when the fire even happened... I only found out because his ashes had been delayed by a good few weeks and had to find out through the news. The fire happened late jan and they still have not contacted me. Appalling communication!
