Don't go there to open a account, it's too much paper work. That's what they told me, but in a nice way.

Well, I thought I had found a bank to use part-time. I was told when I opened the account there would be no fees if I signed up for online banking. I did that within a couple of days of opening the account and I just happened to open a statement and found out that Equity bank has been stealing 5.00 per month for like 5 months. I do not do business with companies that perpetrate fraud. I will be closing the account on Monday. If you don't mind a bank stealing from you then this might be the bank for you, but for me, no... I like a company that is honest.

We have had 3 loans through here within the past 3 year and have been trying to pay our last one off and Melissa will not work with us neither will anyone at corporate Melissa will not fix any of our fees that were the banks fault. Would not recommend Also no one will ever give me a call back.
