Great people and great service. I had purchased tires from Logan and his wife about 2 weeks ago, then today unfortunately hit a bunch of plywood on the interstate that was unavoidable. I had a huge piece of plywood sticking out of my front tire and had to call roadside assistance to put on my spare. I called Pea Ridge Tire and Logan told me he had a tire on hand and to just stop by and he would put it on. But luckily for me, he was able to actually plug my tire as the plywood didn't do as much damage as road side assistance thought! They took my horrible day and turned it around by going the extra mile to try and save me some money. If you are searching for a tire shop that truly cares about their customers, Pea Ridge Tire is the way to go, I can't say thank you enough!
We took one of our company vans to have a tire fixed. They repaired our tire in less than 5 minutes and did not charge us. Everyone there is super friendly, helpful and kind. We will be using them for all of our tire needs in the future.
