Wow guys. They refused to properly bill my insurance and now I have a 2,000 bill for a procedure that had purposely inflated costs. I have had nothing but issues with their office. Hey Andrew what’s going on? Do you even work their still? Literally the ONLY provider who I’ve had issues with. I was DOUBLE covered, and they still couldn’t figure it out. Cigna and Medicare. Seriously people. And I got charged 200 for a 15 min talk with the doctor once where he literally shook my hand and said I looked great. Pay cash I guess but if not, stay far away.

The specialist here straight up told me depression didn’t exist. This is gross incompetence for a doctor, and if that conversation had gone any further I would have reported him. Luckily this was my only marked problem here. Alex at the front desk is pleasant to talk to. No problems with scheduling or the actual tests.
I was referred and scheduled for a 24 hour holter monitor. Apparently, they only possess one as I was asked to come later than my appointment time because it had not been returned yet. When it was given to me, I questioned the cleanliness of it because it was quite dirty/stained; I was not happy with putting it on my body. I was asked not less than three times, twice by phone calls, if I could have it back the next day by a specific time. I did not wear the monitor for 24 hours because the leads and sticky patches kept falling off; and then could not re-stick them. Then I received a bill for 150.00 stating I had an encounter with Dr. Bhola. I didn't see the doctor; only the person who was responsible for installing the monitor. I plan to contest this bill and contact the insurance company about the lack of service actually provided I found this office to be unprofessional on so many levels and asked my doctor to never send me there again. It was so disappointing!
While Dr. Bhola appears to be a competent and thorough cardiologist, steer well clear of this practice if you expect that you might have any needs that deviate even slightly from their usual day to day operations. Although I have a very healthy heart, I am required to have a cardiology examine each time I renew my mariner's license. Dr. Bhola saw me on very little notice, did a thorough examination, and wrote a cardiac clearance letter for me. The problem began when the Coast Guard asked for a little more information about what tests the doctor performed and the results. I took the letter from the Coast Guard to the doctor's office with explicit instructions about the information needed and was told that they would handle it for me. So far after about six weeks and five phone calls, they have not found the time to write what amounts to a five minute email to the Coast Guard medical examiner. Each time I have called, I have been told that they will take care of it very soon. In several cases they have told me that they will take care of it that very day. In the meantime, my license has expired and I am not able to return to work. Either they are extremely incompetent or, more likely, they just don't care. I have even offered to pay for another appointment and write the email myself. At any rate, I would seriously advise against dealing with this office if you expect to be treated in an honest and professional manner.
The doctor himself is amazing, however, his staff is rude and inconsiderate. They refused to put my heart monitor on me and had me try to figure it out on my own. When I call and have questions, they basically give me different answers and I can never get a straight answer at all. I'm currently being referred to a new cardiologist because of how incompetent the staff here is.
