I love this place, the staff there are super knowledgeable and helpful. I like that they do not get too pushy at all. Their showroom isn't super flashy or detail oriented but for me that's not important. They do have a good amount of stock as well, so it's nice to go there and see something you like and then be able to take it home that day.
My mom and friend (who are in their 70’s) purchased a new GE fridge and picked it up Friday. Upon unloading the fridge the same day into their place....they noticed scratches and many dents along bottom of fridge door . They emailed pictures of the damages to the store the same day they unloaded and did not receive a response. My mom and friend stopped in at the store to discuss today and Andy was very very rude and proceeded to tell my mom that they damaged themselves unloading the appliance. At no point was a visual inspection offered from the store prior to loading fridge into pickup nor assistance securing fridge/load. My mom and friend are retired and honestly-do you think they would purposely damage their new fridge? They were also conned into purchasing warranty for extra that apparently is useless based on the service they received so far. Do not recommend purchasing anything from City Furniture Peace River location based on the customer service they have received and especially blaming them for doing this damage

Excellent and quick help with outfitting an apartment. They knew the prices off their heads even when the tag was missing. We were efficiently in and out with everything we wanted in a very short time.
I was looking at various appliances. They have a selection to choose from at different price points. Knowledgeable salesman helped me buy an over-the-range microwave.
They have a good selection of devices on display and very good customer service - knowledgeable, patient and helpful with making a choice!
