Covid hygiene practice! Entered the store this morning 915 to buy coffee and noticed the workers entering in behind me did not wash their hands went directly behind the counter where the food is being prepared, One particular Filipino guy was more worried about going to all his coworkers flirting and touching them while they’re doing their work preparing food

Same good old McDonald's food. We were able to use the kiosk to avoid the long line. Food was brought to our table in no time. The restaurant and rest room was kept clean. The only negative to this place was the narrow entrance. Plus it was too close to the register. There was practically no room for the line to expand.
Jona the lady that served me had an outstanding customer service attitude suggested I tryed the bacon big mac and definitely made me feel like she wasnt just a robot taking my order !! I appreciated the human touch she brought to my experience... specially since this pandemic seems to have made everyone so disconnected ..

Slow service terrible fries constant wrong orders. This owner needs to motivate his staff to do better and he needs to take pride in his store. I will Never support bad business owners. O stars in my opinion

Drive-thru lane is horrible. 4 Vehicles creates chaos within the small lot as is and even backs up into adjacent lot and lanes. Otherwise a good spot considering the options available in PR.
