This company was recommended to me when my washer started smelling like burnt rubber and bad electrical. I called and left a voice mail and they returned my call within 1 business day, which is absolutely reasonable. The repair man that came was professional and completely honest. In the end I was not able to get my washing machine fixed as it was cheaper to buy new, but I really appreciate the advice both he and the office gave about looking for a new machine. I would recommend this business to others.
