First of all I just want to say how much I appreciate this company. The drivers are excellent and the office is always professional. They are so responsive when I have an issue, and I just appreciate that so much. So much better service than the “bigger” companies. Y’all keep up the good work. Not a lot of people post their good experiences on google so I wanted to give you guys a shout out.

We have had garbage and recycling service for a few years now, they have been fine until we wanted our Christmas tree removed, called on the 26th to have it removed, paid the 10 dollars. They said to leave it out the next cycle, it’s been on our curb for a week now. Every time I call it’s always tomorrow with no real apology!!! Update: they miraculously removed the tree the next day, overall they are ok, nothing to stand out either way for trash service
Have been using Peach State for 2 years now, I got with this company because the previous owners recommended them. I've never really had an issue with them until now. I've been remodeling my home and I had boxes on the side of the road beside my trashcan stacked neatly so they can picked them up like they always do, but this time they made a mess. I get my yard treated and they put the trashcan on my grass I just got treated, left the boxes EVERYWHERE!Now remind you it rain the night before, so imagine the mess I had when I got off work. I called and the 1st thing she asked \well was the boxes broke down?\ WOW!! But she did offer to send someone Tuesday but it's Friday so she was basically saying deal with it until Tuesday,so UNPROFESSIONAL. So here I am,me and my kids getting this mess up they left. I'm canceling my services and moving on to someone that's gonna treat and value my money. Oh and then she tells me its a 20 can pickup fee to cancel. Just throw the whole customer service away. I was being nice when I gave them a 2.
We had a huge amount of recylables... I didn't even get to call ahead to get it approved but they picked up everything for us! Excellent service. Always very sweet when I call. Thank you Nicole. Let's keep our containers sanitized to help with their safety. We just love you guys!
