We brought in a truck that had a very obvious problem and left it for an estimate. With no discussion or prior authorization they assessed 600 in diagnostic charges. The guy could barely look at me when he told me the price. We paid it, of course. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had with them. I recommend staying away if possible.

They were supposed to call us to discuss any needed repairs, but they did not. We took it in for an oil change and it ended up being 550. They were doing some recall work, and we felt the work they did that we had not asked for was associated with the recall. They disagreed, but took 80 off the bill.

Absolute mad men , whoever was driving the truck with the license plate RIM7263 almost killed at least 5 people on I-75, January 7, 2019. This man is an insurance liability, a danger to all on the road and a danger to himself. Complete disregard for others, probably reflective of the company who hired him.
