Have a deep appreciation for Dr. Gorman and the staff. They all take their time in listening to you as a patient--not as if we might be livestock. Dr. Gorman is compassionate as well as efficient and I feel the same about his PA and nurses. Grateful for such a fine staff.

Made an appointment at one time and showed up early for them to take more than an hour to be called. The last thing I want to do is sit in a doctor's office longer than everyone else, who got there after me who have later appointment times than me during the middle of a pandemic.

Very friendly and caring. We just moved to Georgia and I needed a primary care doctor quickly. They got me right in as a new patient and were very polite, professional and thorough.

Dr. Richard Gorman is the finest physician I have ever worked with. He has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years. Kind, listens, investigates, provides diagnosis or referral and is always there for any follow-up. I always get my annual exam and other issues settled with the best of care. I cannot recommend Dr. Gorman more highly.

Dr. Roberts is the worst physician I've ever come across. Doesn't listen, barely examined me. Sent me on my way after taking blood and testing for thyroid issues (I was for eye/ear/sinus pain). Seems to be a money maker because I've run into several people who have the same story with her. Go in for something different, come out with thyroid labs. She's very dismissive and seems to be using a WebMD sort of software, is that standard? Nowhere I've been before anyway. I could have stayed home and done that. Turns out they missed a pretty important diagnosis and instead hit me with possibly this, possibly that and no medications. I'll be searching for a new primary care doctor after this. I'm completely turned off by this experience and I had given them another chance after an initial fiasco with their PA Renee Lindsay. I implore you, go elsewhere for your medical needs. You deserve a doctor that is caring and takes the time to actually examine and hear you. If you're going to pay exorbitant prices either way for healthcare, you deserve better than this.
