Filed for medical leave almost 4 weeks ago and i never heard back from them about paperwork until they denied my claim. Could possibly lose my job since I have not been on the payroll in almost a month. I still cannot go into work. Horrible company with horrible service. Saw that I am not the only one thats had issues so that makes sense.

Bought \Cancel for any reason\ insurance. Filed a claim as directed. Claim denied for unknown reason. Called back several times to recieve claim number and appeal. Haven't gotten an email regarding status for 1 month. Seeking action. Recommendation : Find another travel insurance agency

Submit claim request on a Tuesday was told I would receive paperwork to submit to my doctor within 24hrs. No email...Called back on Thursday to check status...was told it could take 48-72hrs to receive. Called today (Monday) was told system sometimes does not submit for some reason it got stuck (clueless) but my case was being escalated and I will get the email by the end of the day, if I don’t get it call back and they will escalate it again. So far I am NOT HAPPY with this company. Moving forward I’m praying I don’t have anymore issues. Wish my company would change back to the company we use before. I don’t have time to baby sit those that are supposed to help me when I am in need. These benefits are not free to me....I work very hard for them
