I recently looked at their website to see if they offered communal cremations. The site said they did, so I called to ask about pricing and the process. I was informed that there were only private cremations, which is fine. I then mentioned that the site had listed communal cremation as a service and was very rudely informed that it was not an option and that I must be thinking of another service. I politely suggested that perhaps the site should be updated and thanked them anyway. The lady practically slammed down the phone receiver after she said good bye.

My 16 year old baby passed away today ... I called this place of business to make arrangements for her. I did receive a callback within 5 minutes - only to be told that someone else in my area will call me back in a few minutes. This was 13 hours ago. I am still waiting. Very poor customer service... especially at a time of loss.

My dog was sent there by my vet after putting him to sleep. I went there the next day to recover his remains. They told me they didn't have him. I am like he was brought here. They left then came back with what they said was his ashes which I have always felt like they weren't my dogs ashes.
