Really want to say how helpful and professional the staff at Peacock were. In particular Emma the customers service manager who despite her and her team having a large workload and many staff working from home still managed to completely check,issue and produce a new 10 year new build warranty in the space of a day. The normal turn around time is 14 working days but when I explained my circumstances and the urgency she along with numerous members of staff managed to prioritise my policy and have a new certificate and documents by the end of the working day. This enormous team effort helped save my house sale and purchase and for that I can’t thank them enough. I fully recommend them for new customers. Also like to pass my thanks to Ben and his team from ARK insurance who assisted today.
