I went to closing in October, Peak title over charged me for my water bill 600. They said this was protocol, ok cool. It is now January and they have not paid my 100 final water bill or refunded me the difference in my money. I have called several times and I am always told I will get a call back. Guess what, no call back, no water bill paid and no refund. If you don't like begging for your money, do yourself a favor and work with another title company.
