we were charged 105% penalty for paying the bill 3 days late during the pandemic and our bill was only 38, because we changed our banks & new direct deposit hadnt taken effect yet with the new bank. i have kindly asked them to refund it as a 1 time courtesy during these very difficult times, branch manager and the head of the board of directors Cliff Diamond told me that its is very fair to charge 105% penalty for 3 days at least about 10 times. he said that its not harsh nor abusive to charge struggling small businesses and public these kinds of exorbitant penalties\ it's very fair\ while businesses and public lost their income they have been making their full profits without any care for the rest.
