I wish the owner or management would have the decency to communicate with their customers the correct business hours... The location, google, yelp all have different times when they open. They had a paper taped to the door temporarily stating their COVID hours but that has sense been removed. I have visited this location three times within the stayed hours of operations and they have been closed! I don't know if they are officially closed, the stated hours are just suggestions, or if they honestly do not care about their customers. Whatever it is this place is going down hill it seems I will not be back and do not recommend visiting because they will probably be closed...

I came by this morning and the store was closed. There was a sign that said to text a number to see when they were open. I texted the number and was told the store would be open at 1. I came back and 1 and the store was closed. I texted and found out that nobody would be there until 1:40 pm. I came back at 3:15 pm. The guy at the front of the store did not acknowledge me and spent an inordinate amount of time helping other customers in the store. I gave up and left. I will not be returning.

I was just in the location in Pearland on Broadway. The customer service was atrocious. When I walked in the guy at the register was talking casually to someone in there which was not a problem because there was no one else in the store at the time. Then the cashier goes on to answer the phone of a caller who must’ve been a personal client of his. It sounded like he was either a trainer or a nutritionist because he was explaining things to the person about loosing weight and working out and the fee that he charges for services. Clearly he didn’t mind me hearing this conversation because it went on and on. He kept telling the person to text me but he never said I have to go to address this customer standing in front of me. I ended up walking out after the next 10 mins.

I use to go to the one in cypress it was a tad bit bigger and had at least two people working there. I went today and had a preworkout container in my hand ready to pay but the employee decided to give one of the customers a lesson on supplements. Took over 10 min and I just left instead, it’s great to have someone there that knows their stuff but it’s also great to have someone that can just check you out quickly. Went to vitamin shoppe and was able to get what I needed quickly.
