Pearlfect have been caring for my elderly parents for two years. As a health professional myself I do tend to be quite analytical of other caregivers, however I have been delighted to have Pearlfect care for my parents. Each member of staff is thoroughly professional. I have always observed consistent exemplary care. They are respectful, compassionate, approachable, sympathetic and very thorough. Each care giver has seen to both mum and dad’s individual needs which have frequently altered and been evolved. The carers have been proactive in recognising these changing needs and adapted care accordingly. My parents’ physical needs have being assisted and managed by the carers and also as my mum became more unwell and eventually passed away, the respectful, loving care was faultless to the end. Additionally I subsequently observed huge improvements in my dad’s mental health as he was uplifted and encouraged by the carers. Pearlfect carers have consistently been warm and friendly and mum and dad have always expressed feeling totally at ease and safe with them. With Pearlfect caring for mum and dad I have been given peace of mind and total reassurance that they couldn’t be in better hands.

Pearlfect Ltd looked after my 89year old father post discharge from hospital. He was admitted for complications of diabetes . You were very culturally sensitive to his moods daily and always reassuring to him and the family, which gave him back his confidence to manage his diabetes care , thank you. As a GP myself , I had very high expectations and was most pleasantly surprised that Pearlfect Ltd exceeded our expectations . Father is fully recovered and manages his condition with the care package you put in place . My family and I would highly recommend Pearlfect to future clients . Once again thank you .

Provide good care support for my mother with dementia, great team super helpful, don't take her independence but just encourage her to do things. Her main carer is great, doesn't treat her like an idiot and shows much empathy
