I used to love this shop. BUT during these difficult times when we should be supporting each other, there was no support. I am exempt from wearing a face covering. I was flatly refused entry. I was offered service at the door in the pouring rain but wasn't allowed to go in and choose the item I wanted for myself. Their complete disregard for the government guidelines in allowing exempt customers into their public space really upset me. Needless to say I had to travel further, risking breaking lockdown rules to get what I needed elsewhere. They have lost my custom.
