Called to set up COVID testing for 2 children, 7&11, at Charlton. Called Charlton COVID testing and was told all that was needed was a referral from their primary care. Call your office and they refused to do so instead sending them to Morton in Taunton . Told open till 4. Went their at 2 and told they closed at 1. Why is your office refusing referrals to Charlton hot line when they would have seen them if only a referral was given. Also told by your office to stand in line for a test. Please info your staff they were wrong.

This place is horrible and lets kids screaming cuz of shots and tie them down even when they are scared and you can get a mist spray for flu but they won’t say that!!! Doctor Tural on high street is the best by far been dealing with doctor Tural for over 20 years!!! I love Doctor Tural for children he knows how to treat the kids period point blank you people need lessons from Doctor Tural!!!

Good luck getting anyone on the phone, it's been a problem for the 5 years my daughter has been going, even the emergency nurse line will ask you to hold sometimes. Today I have been trying to figure out if I should plan on attending our appointment tomorrow or not because of incoming snow and extremely low temperatures. After exactly 10 minutes on the nose the phone line boots me back to the main menu. Maybe instead of sports memorabilia they should have invested in another phone operator. Once you get inside, the practice and employees are lovely, but good like ever contacting them for anything routine.
