I’m very disappointed with the service from Dr. Veronica Forsythe . She is very unprofessional in person and over the phone. She had the audacity to tell me “she doesn’t know who called me to give covid results over the phone I maybe confused”. No ma’am I am not! Maybe she is confused telling me”I’m the person who came in with 4 kids”, no...I gave birth to 2 kids and don’t have any step children so sorry you are wrong Dr! Not only that she goes to say my sons results have not come in yet, but I called 2 days ago myself to get his results and later the same day a nurse called me to give me the same results. I get it it’s a pandemic right now and all of us in the medical field (including myself)are very frustrated but that is no way to speak to patients. And yes I had my children tested at my pediatrician office where I work and their pediatricians just to be sure. I will be looking into speak to her superior! My kids have been patients of Dr. Nunez, Dr. Gomez and the PA Patrick, sine the day the were born (13 years ago)and I’ve never experienced this kind of behavior from those men! I would expect better professionalism from a female doctor who maybe a mother. I would never step foot back into the mesquite office but I will continue to go to the Sunnyvale office. Also, if management reads this review please leave the name of Dr. Veronica’s superior. Thanks in advance!

If I could give them less stars, I would. These clinics are always overcrowded. The wait times are always almost an hour or more, that is if they even correctly scheduled you. If you have hours to just wait in a crowded room with other sick families and don’t mind wrong initial diagnosis, then this place is for you. Most of the doctors are ok but they do have their share of equally incompetent doctors as well. That is if you actually see a doctor! Sometimes they will send a P.A. , instead of a PHD. Here you are just a number. On top of that the nursing and office staff are terrible. They are very aloof and laid back. They are in no hurry to do their jobs at all.

My newborn daughter just had her first pediatrician appointment today with Dr.Ramos and it went super well. The whole appointment process was very fast. We were in and out and all of the staff members were really nice and helpfully. Dr.Ramos did such a good job with my baby as well as explaining everything to me being a first time mom along with giving me lots of useful information. I was very satisfied with our visit and can’t wait for our future visits !

I usually bring my son over to see Dr. Veronica Forsythe who is an awesome lady. But there's Daisy Mata in the front desk. Daisy is so professional and courteous. In my view, she goes the extra mile to assist me whenever I am there. In customer service, that's \going above and beyond\. I highly recommend her for her outstanding service. Go Daisy! Keep it up!
