DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE... HORRIBLE EVERYTHING!!!! Took my grandbaby to her appointment. She had an unexplained fever (ONLY FEVER) for a couple of days. Staff is RUDE & UNWELCOMING. Doctor came in, checked a couple of things and walked out of the room. Never asked any questions nor gave the opportunity for questions to be asked. All immediate tests were negative so no explanation what was going on. They said they needed a urine sample. Sent us home with a cup, returned cup the next morning (when they opened). Here it is 4 days later & we have yet to hear from them. Started calling the office as soon as they opened this morning. Was put on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on. This happened 4 times back to back. Got dressed, went up there & requested answers. Was told they couldn't discuss it with my granddaughters MOM. Supposedly they went to get the doctor, they came back 10 minutes later with a print out and said the doctor didn't have time for us... here's your results. The freaking paper has my grand DAUGHTER listed as a MALE. ARE YOU SERIOUS? If you can't get something that simple right what makes me think you can get anything at all right? RIDICULOUS!!!! FOUND A NEW PEDIATRICIAN TODAY AND WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ONE. I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW NEVER GOES HERE EITHER!!!!!

My son been attending this clinic for a while in they the best we ever had i recommend highly to this loving caring clinic they really care about our kids health in they so professional had the best experience here the ladies at the desk is so professional thank you sunnyvale clinic

If you could put ZERO stars I would. This clinic specifically Sunnyvale location is terrible! They do not answer their phones and their messages are full so you are not even able to leave a voice message. I was calling all morning for an appointment and not once did I get an answer. I decided to show up in person and the receptionist named Jessica D with red hair was rude and unprofessional. She should not be someone who is working in the healthcare industry. The front desk is the first impression to your patients of your clinic and coming from a healthcare professional she made your clinic look poor. I tried to call a supervisor and did not get an answer either. So I would not recommend this clinic. We want the best care for our children and this place does not cut it.
