My daughter has been going to Pediatric Dental Associates of Randolph since she was 3 years old. We have been very happy with the organization, friendliness, and quality of service each visit. The office is fun and kid friendly, and since Covid-19 we’ve felt safe with all their precautions. The hygienist and dentists are all upbeat and friendly. Communication is great from general office emails to appointment reminders via text and phone.

We had SUCH a great experience here!! It was my son's first visit to the dentist. He was fascinated by the fish tank, the staff was very friendly, and the hygienist did a wonderful job (we had Amanda) keeping him comfortable and relaxed the whole time. Great social distance practices were in place due to COVID. He got a t-shirt, a super hero cape, and prizes! Got to pick a character for his toothbrush. The next morning he asked to brush his teeth to look for sugar bugs (the hygienists clever approach to scraping tartar!). We will be coming back, every six months!

My 7 year old had to have her tooth pulled to make room for her already-there adult tooth. I made her appointment with Dr. Yoo because I knew he was the best man for the job. His perfect mix of knowledge, professionalism and humor coupled with his one-of-a-kind bed side manner makes every visit to the dentist a happy one.

Great and. Efficient service. Both my kids loving going there. However, I did not that the reception was somewhat rude and impolite. They should consider put someone else with a warm and pleasant personality in that role. Rude people upset me! Otherwise we love going there.

Doctors here are amazing. The staff are always courteous and friendly. We were late from our appointment with them because my daughter’s orthodontics was 10minutes away. We came to the office and still allowed us to be seen by the doctors. I understand that if you were 15 minute late you will need to be rescheduled because of other patients waiting in line. This office understand what we go through as parents juggling around are schedules. We never made a mistake in trusting this dental office for our kids.
