My son is progressing so much thanks to this company(amongst others). Only thing that frustrates me is the inability to get a hold of someone quickly. But honestly I can get over that because of their warm hospitality. When my son was diagnosed I was given SO MUCH resources and have taken advantage of ALL. Truly happy with my experience with this company!

My sons doctor referred him to see Dr Lui after waiting for call to be returned. The scheduler was rude and barely understood english. Only to be told Zion was barred from seeing a doctor. My granddaughter had an appointment and the day before it was canceled because they didn't have the paperwork. Well it was a virtual visit, also the very first visit. I have no clue what paperwork. I never received any via mail or email. I did get email for porthole and to verify appointment and that's all. Totally disgusted
