Dr. Cervantes is great. His bedside manner is calming and informative. When he asks me a question he patiently waits for me to explain my answer. He explains my diagnosis, or the lack thereof, to me in simple terms making sure I understand. I never have to wait long. I am seen within 10 minutes of my sceduled appointment time. Thanks Dr. Cervantes.

Hello, my name is Patrick Pope and Dr. Cervantes is my eye specialist at Ceenta, Steel Creek in Charlotte. I met Dr Cervantes around 3 or 4 years ago and the day I met him was a blessing in my life. I suffer from glaucoma and other health issues,(knees and hip replacements) but I try to workout at my age of 62 to give myself a better chance at good life. He performed Cataract surgery on both my eyes that was a complete success and now he’s working along with me to have successful glaucoma treatment. One of the BEST physicians I’ve ever met with great expertise in his field along with being kind and caring to his patients.His staff at Steelcreek are the same way, his staff make you feel very comfortable and reassuring about your visits to their office. Doing this very tough year of 2020 I hope the staff of Charlotte ear, eye, nose, Steelecroft have a wonderful and safe New Year.

I have been seeing Dr. Cervantes for maybe 6 years now. He is by far one of the best Eye doctors I could ever be blessed with. I am half blind from having Acute closer and the pressure in my eye was not found soon enough so I’m completely blind in my right eye. I was also diagnosed with the Acute Closer in my Left eye. He has gone above an beyond to save me from being blind in that eye as well. He is honest, straight up with me on my options. I will never go to anyone but Dr. Cervantes as long as possible!! He is truly a blessing an the nurse are always polite an understanding! Steele Croft office is amazing!
