I was scheduled to meet the officer regards to my EPF withdrawal at 3.00pm. However, due to the MCO 2.0 restriction, the appointment re-scheduled at any time from 8.30am to 3.00pm. Seeing the polite, humble and helpful staff assisting different kind of people with different kind of issue and problem, was great things to start my day. Last but not least, thank you to all staff specially Ms M. PARIMALA for your kind assistance. Thumbs Up!

Best experience i had with a gov office. Set appointment at 8.45am and was served by en fadzly. Very nice man, always smile and polite. I came regarding withdrawal for my acc 2. The whole experience from a to z was also organized and hassle free. It was quick too. Settled everything within 10mins from waiting time till done. Kudos everyone for good service.
I reached the Rawang KWSP office around 3:20pm. Traffic jam at the town center leading towards the area where this office is situated was awful to say the least. However, public parking bay surrounding the office is more than adequate for all. The easiest way is to park at the building basement and take the lift up to the ground floor. Consultation is strictly via online appointment and the Covid19 SOP here is very strict. However, all the staff here were very humble, polite and helpful. Most importantly, they showed that they care about the members' problems at hand. The best news of all is that this office will be opened throughout the MCO 2.0 until the 26th January 2021 according to the counter officer on duty.

Strictly observe SOP on checking temperature and recording upon entrance but should monitor on social distance especially in the premise.
