Long q.. internal management never consider outside ppl under hot sun.. heavy rain.. never advise ppl follow SOP.. just let the public q up. KPM should collect all the form.. whether lulus or not lulus let the internal do the discussion. Shouldn't let public q up outside.. is irresponsibility.. i really wondering it is every year is like that? KPM never learn the lesson how to smoothen the process.. it is really doesnt have any other way to do rayuan? And i hope the kaki tangan should be more polite to publicity.. and respect what the parents need!!
