Staff is very unhelpful, when I asking the question they direct black face and no manner answer "you just wait for there will call you". After waiting almost 2 hours, have others parents inform me, need to Q at the correct way for submit , not sit down here for waiting call name. Beside me have 1 parents also same case with me, he also sit down there waiting for call, but they are not calling at all, when he go to asking again the staff is voice up and said "wait." I saw 1 parents Japan or Korea she cut Q and asking, the staff totally is different face turn to very friendly and helpful! Is it because we are Chinese people just ask us wait and ignore us almost 2 hours?

No one answer the phone call. We habe been calling them in 2 weeks back. Need fast info regarding on my child school exchange. They seem never entertain any enquiry from public.
The staff in charge of preschool applications who attended to me was very friendly and polite. Just the way we expect government staff attending to the public should be
2 times came here. 1st time the staff were so nice and fast. 2nd time was a disaster. high tone, disagreement and dissatisfaction. different staffs at the counter of course. there're so many jobs out there that people work under pressure at all times but still can control their emotions. here, u just work at the counter and deal with people. so, better learn to cool down.
