My wife went with my daughter for routine che k-up and thought of booking an appointment for herself.....but the attitude of the receptionist put her off as she impatiently dismissed her telling she's got loads to do on computer and she should come later. Disgusting. Never will visit this surgery neither recommend.

I’ve been a patient with this practice for 7 years now. I also used to work here for about 2 years from 2012-2014. All staff are lovely despite issues with management in the past. There have been changes with dentists leaving (not the dentists fault as they are self employed and not directly employed by the NHS) however the practices have came a long way since 2012 when it was first taken over. There have been many improvements made and patient suggestions are taken very seriously. The staff at the practice value patient care more than any other practice I have worked in or been a patient at. Lisa is the head nurse at the practice and is an absolute asset to the team. She goes above and beyond for patients and the patients are in return extremely grateful. I would recommend this practice to anyone in the area.
