Very irresponsible staff and ignored an order with a serious illness.I was forced to get equipment from the hospital.

Shocking experience, my mother called GP for a telephone appointment as advised by hospital, due to blood test showing problem with kidneys. Doctor called in after 6 days and advised that he will not be able to help her out, and she has to call back next week to make another appointment. In a meantime he can only provide her with repeat prescription for another health issue she has

you have to listen to 2 minutes and 7 seconds of automated message before you even get to the back of the telephone queue. so maddening.

Called twice as first time the call got dropped after finally reaching reception. Second time, I was told to call back tomorrow morning to make an appointment. This place has always been terrible but it's starting to get ridiculous. Lady on the phone was talking into the phone like she couldn't hear me (clearly could considering she took down my date of birth and name), and then after I asked if she could hear me, she hung up. I guess I'm going to have to find time to walk there to make an appointment in person. Find a different doctors surgery even if you have to go out of your way to get there and don't bother with this place.

Takes 2-3 weeks for an appointment, when booking emergency appointments was told my receptionist my appointment was not deemed as an emergency, when ringing to book an appointment your constantly hung up on ect
