You dont get what you pay for they dont show up when suppose to I call and let them know guy didnt show up one week they said boss would come check the pool and give credit never happened again another week no show and then this last week no show I messaged boss told him I was cancelling service due to this happening three times then guy shows up the following week I ask why he is here he says to do pool I said I cancelled due to you not showing up he said well I didnt come last week because I got married but nobody let's me know he isn't coming and shouldn't there be someone to fill it you are paying for weekly service and when he was here he didnt do a good job if he was here 10 minutes that was a long time half the time I had to empty skimmer because he didnt and he left my gate open when he would come in and I have dogs and one got out. He didnt vaccum ever week and he told me when it rains he doesn't have to do anything but check the chemicals I called boss and he said he never said that but when it rains that is all he did waste of hard earned money Would not recommend them if you want to get what you pay for because I sure didn't get what I paid for .

Maintenance was adequate but when his tech did not show up the first time, he had no knowledge of it. The second time the tech didn’t show up, my calls and text weren’t returned but I was billed for a full month when no service was performed and for the following month after they were fired
