Have rented form here for 4 years. Had to switch boots this year, once on the mountain they did not fit as well as in the store. Went back the next weekend, great service in getting me in boots that are a better fit. Revising my review accordingly- should not have posted a bad review before giving Pelican a chance to rectify.

Chris is great. Been a customer for years. The crew that came out to do the delivery were greeted by angry bees in the hot tub they were removing. Under the corner of the hot tub, where the handtruck is, is were the bees were flying around. Some bee spray. And got the job done! No one said they were stung! They did not giving up. They were yellow jackets. Awesome job! Smooches! The Thompsons
