Unresponsive and unprofessional. He gave me his number to send him pictures of the furniture I needed help with and he never replied. I followed up the next day and nothing. Clearly customers aren’t his priority.

Lou is a real pro. He’s done a lot of work for me over the years and he does an amazing job. A real artist.
I hired them to strip and refinish a 100 year old door and they did such a good job that I then had them finish a coffee table made from another 100 year old door. Very happy with the results!
I and a friend took an old table from the 1920's to the Pelletier shop & meet with Lou the senior and received a verbal quote of 500 to refinish the table & 50 for delivery. Thought for a moment and gave him the table, he asked we fill out some piece of paper with name and phone number, I did with a given time of 4 weeks. Well it was close to 6 weeks, when the table was delivered instead of having a helper, he came by himself, my wife help bring the table in (pieces), he assembled it in our kitchen, and said his helper, forgot to put an additional piece (High Chair tray 40 years old) in the truck. Never said he would bring it back out to our home 25/30 miles away, BUT THE MAGIC CAME FAST AT THIS POINT, \I should have known\. I ASKED WHAT SHOULD I WRITE THE CHECK OUT FOR ORIGINAL 500 50 DELIVERY High Chair tray 40 years old ? 600. Nope Mr. Louie Pelletier said without a blush 800. What could I do he has the High Chair Tray? The same friend went to pick up the tray, and told Louie that he scammed us and Louie walk away and said 200 was for assembly (10 Bolts from original table). FIND SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CAN, HE DOES NOT CARE, or TAKE ONE PIECE AT A TIME BUT WE TOOK THE SHAFT. 100% Disabled Navy Veteran.............
