I usually buy our meat there and more. The butcher there is always good to serve any cut of meat I ask for. But Saturday he wasn't there. Someone else was being the butcher. He didn't want to make me a bigger cut of meat. Would take \too long \ to do. So I had to buy two to try and make a larger roast. It's not the same as having a nice big roast. I hope the owner gets this message. I buy lots of meat there. Could change. The customer is your boss even if you own the place.
