I had Chimney Tech install a wood burning fireplace insert in my basement and couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service from Jane, and John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the installation process. They showed up exactly when they said and went above and beyond, even going as far as cleaning our existing fireplace. Thanks again to everyone and we certainly recomend chimney tech.
Took an appointment with them and never call or show up had to call every time to reschedule called them 3 times and by the end still no one had came. terrible customer service.
