If I could give them no starts I would. We have been waiting 3 months for a summerhouse delivery, it has been cancelled 3 times at very short notice and we have got nothing but excuses from them. Shocking customer services and we still don't have the summerhouse. Do not buy from them!!

Very poor build. Nothing fitted well. Some panels were terribly bowed before getting chance to protect. Foot almost went through the chip board floor due to spacing of struts were to wide. Had to add 8 strips of my own to stabilise floor. Roof panels made out of chip board too which also sag in middle because of poor roof design.

Very disappointed. Ordered a lazy spa hot tub was awarded a voucher through Familyfund. On ordering Johnathan advised it would be 6-8 weeks on delivery. I went ahead & ordered. I rang after 6 weeks to ask how long or could give me an idea on when it would arrive. He then said it could take upto 12 weeks! Not what he said when originally first ordered. I cancelled the order straight away & contacted Familyfund they kindly cancelled the voucher & gave me a cash award. I ordered off a well know website & was delivered the week after thank goodness we did.

To be honest would give no stars.Without going in to every detail of above and Mercia I will make it short.Custimer service diabolical.Flimsy wood,missing items,broken panel in arrival.Told don't contact again holding customers back.I must not have been one.Seem to offer everyone a30 reimbursement.Sendcthem photos with missing items.Still awaiting 2 hinges and door handle.Worstvthing is these company's are used by a charity that is government Funded.They don't deserve this contract.Thet tell them utems have been sent in 2 packages.One still has not arrived.AVOID THEM BOTH

Ordered a Shed, Such a poor quality product, The windows are something off toy packaging and had to get own flooring too. Plus customer service was somewhat off putting. He wasn't the best person to deal with...but seems to be the only person

Received my sons shed today that was ordered through family fund and I'm absolutely disgusted with the quality of his shed one tantrum and I reckon it's going to brake, joins don't join nails sticking out gaps where there shouldn't be gaps, the 2 stars is for delivery he was fab and dead nice with my little boy who was very excited by his shed and the man's truck lol

We bought our 14ft trampoline from Atlantic 10 years ago and it has been in regular use ever since. Efficient and friendly after sales service for the supply of spare parts as needed to keep it safely in action. Recommended.

Dreadful experience. Parts of trampoline missing last year and then this year a Hot Tub has gone missing on route. Think Atlantic Trampolines need to change their delivery firm, still waiting a week later for it!!! Fuming!!!!
