My Stuff

I bought this model below from this company on ebay. Despite some confusion at the start I ended up getting this machine for 120 including ebay discout(40). The machine its self is excellent, well worth the money, well made and very reliable, easy to start and does the job very well. Can recomend the product. The supplier needs to work better.

Excellent service from Genpower. My compressor arrived with damage in transit rendering a replacement necessary. This was handled without any problem after I contacted the firm and supplied details and photographs. A new (undamaged) machine was provided immediately. The new compressor (HY3050V) works well.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! Hyundai generator lasted 6 months before being sent for repair. Had the generator inspected by a local plant engineer before contacting them as assumed shipping a generator would be expensive and was told it was built cheaply in China and not fit for purpose. As part of the shipping regulations it had to be drained of all fluids which the engineer did, so to be told the generator wasn't being fixed as the tank was filled with water and had to be drained on inspection was shocking. Ill be reporting this to trading standards as I have lovely pictures and videos of the item in the workshop before shipping.

Absolutely terrible service! My parents bought a lawnmower which broke within the 30 days, was advised on how to fix it, it didn’t last long. This was in May/June 2020. At the end of October the mower was collected for fixing, it was collected but never fixed. I asked for a refund and was told it would be put through to the accounts department for refund, that was 16th December 2020. After many, many emails and promises, still no refund! They are not even responding to my emails anymore. It is absolutely disgraceful how they ignore their customers. So my parents are out 500.00 and no lawnmower. I would not recommend this company at all. I am now seeking advise on this.
