Went in to find some vegan chocolate someone had told me about. Spoke to the most wonderful girl who said I don't think we do vegan but I am a vegan and this is what I eat. Took me to it we read all the ingredients and off I went to make brownies. Outstanding customer service. Wrote to Lidl to tell them what happened.

Easy enough store to deliver to. Apart from one annoyance? The staff have a habit of parking on the loading bay? If it happened once it happened a dozen times. Doesn't sound much of an issue but it means I have to block up the customer car park to walk in the store to get the car moved. If they are on the tills it can be 20 minutes before I can get on the loading bay. I wouldn't mind but the staff parking spaces, as the pictures show, are literally, 5 steps away? Drives a man bonkers.

Never had a problem with any lidl employees but this 1 got a very Very rude member of staff.. tried to belittle me in front of a long queue.. customer service by this woman was shocking.. all because was told to move forward and when I did it was apparently 1 step to far \u200d️ this woman has no customer relation skills.. left my shopping there on the till and walked out.. been in here a lot but they have lost my custom due to this awful mannered individual

Not too many stores to choose from so this lidl being consistently out of items makes it a real disapointment.This week they were out of 5 out of 10 items on my list.

Small Lidl so they don't stock everything but what is there is good. The checkout staff are polite & courteous. The packing space after the checkouts is a bit restricted so you can't really social distance.
