Rachel was just excellent, from the very moment I contacted her she communicated a range of times for appointments and after asking some questions via email Rachel spent time preparing for our 1st appointment. At my 1st appointment Rachel took the time to understand me as a person and the requirements I had for acupuncture and then carefully tailoring a set of treatments to help me in lots of areas over many weeks. Rachel provided a range of acupuncture including Moxibustion acupuncture (the burning of herbs to stimulate acupuncture points (hope thats correct)) and laser acupuncture both of which I had never had before but helped greatly. Rachel is very knowledgeable and offers a great service, thank you so much....
