Great Timpson store at Tesco, Pembroke Dock - Went in for battery replacement on a watch which was tested and new battery fitted. Also had a replacement battery on garage remote and got some great advice on getting a spare remote from them. The manager was super friendly and helpful - I'll definitely use her store again.

My nan and grandad had a clock that was broke for years, i took it down on saturday and he fixed it within the hour, glad i wemt there as this clock meant alot to them

Timpsons at Morrisons Haverfordwest lost my quilt won't replace it ,won't refund me,haven't given me back my 17quid I paid to have it cleaned. And have now told me never to contact them again and warned me not to put bad press on social media this happened in June this year .I bet mr Timson will be sleeping under a nice warm quilt this winter and couldn't give two hoots for the old people he's ripped off.So if your reading this mr Timpson and I know you probably will . "Take note "You or your employees don't frighten me one bit ,send them down you know my address ,do what you want.OR REPLACE MY QUILT. Just dont think that intimidation of old folk is the way to carry on. oh by the way have you considered getting yourself proper third party liability to cover for eventualities like this because it's obvious you haven't.
