Save your money and go somewhere else. I rented a vehicle from this location a couple months ago specifically saying I needed a 1-way, 2-day rental. I told them where I wanted to drop it off. They emailed me the receipt so I wasn't able to check then and there the details of the service. When I went to drop off the vehicle the at the other location 2 days later, it was closed. It was closed the next day, also. So 4 days after renting the vehicle, I returned it. I called the Pembroke office to tell them of the misunderstanding once I looked at the emailed receipt, and they said that they would waive the different location drop off fee, but because I had the vehicle for an additional two days, that they'd have to charge me for that. Why? It was closed. I couldn't get ahold of anyone from Enterprise. Why is that my fault? Very poor service.
Should have some training on Emotional Intelligence. There are some best Enterprise managers out there who sticks to the things that they say but not here.
Thanks for renting me a vehicle that my car seats don't fit in, and when I booked another larger vehicle they took my reservation away even though I have the confirmation email. Terrible customer service, truly do not care about the safety of my children.
Honestly, the staff here are amazing. I have never had to rent before and they made it so easy and were incredibly nice. I don't know much about rates and comparisons to other rental places so I can't comment on that. But the customer service here is top notch! Ryan is so friendly and personable, professional and helpful. The best! Thank you.
If renting anything; ask for the inspection report before leaving the lot - two days into a one month rental; we were asked to bring back the car back for an oil change (we had put less than 100km on it). Check the tire pressure; every vehicle we have rented has had it's tires inflated far past the manufacturer suggested pressure. Their cars are never serviced & inspection reports are never done. The third car we rented, we had a near fatal accident. We rolled three times and the car ended up totaled. My wife specifically requested that the tire pressure be checked, yet, regardless, when she arrived home they were at 48 PSI. We requested an inspection report; which they were unable to provide - on any of their vehicles.
Very friendly, welcoming and professional I thought. I was served by a "manager in training" and she did a fabulous job. We have never had a bad experience renting from Enterprise regardless of what Province we were living in or visiting. Keep up the good work
Smooth ride and experience. Dealt with Alex and Lyndsay. Both very friendly and professional. They hooked me a ride to and from the shop I took my car to. Excellent service.
