We had an emergency when our well pipes froze this winter. MacKinnon has help at our door within six hours, two very professional gentleman who came in, diagnosed and resolved the problem and left with reassuring words and advice for future incidents. The price was reasonable and the service excellent. Highly recommend.

Great service! I am really impressed with my experience from start to finish. I got a water softner installed and my water was still a bit yellow. They came right away to fix the issue and took the time to answer any questions I had. Will for sure be recommending them to friends and family. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely impressed with their honesty. They will not sell you something you don't need. This is critical. We recently moved to the region and we were referred to MacKinnon Water to have testing done. I was concerned b/c they were the people doing the testing - and - potentially guiding us on what to purchase based on the water tests. Well - they called - and told me essentially that I didn't need anything b/c the water is perfect. I was super impressed. My experience in home owning is usually the opposite.....you apparently need everything according to experts. You are in good hands with MacKinnon Water.
