Service is great usually, staff are friendly, nice building. Take our Rav4 there for service and spend a pretty penny to get our new vehicle inspected by the book from the manufacturer dealership. I was a little shocked to see the coolant reservoir below low when receiving our vehicle back. Even though it was checked off on the inspection. I generally do my own service on my older vehicles but since our rav4 is a 2018 and still had warantee I thought I'd leave it to the pros but I won't be leaving it to them again...

I can't say enough about Doug down at Petawawa Toyota 2.0 (Pre-Owned), and the fantastic experience I had as a first time buyer. With this being my first car purchase, Doug took the time to explain everything to me, and to ensure I was informed about all of my options. Doug bent-over-backwards for me, and sold me a vehicle that I'm not only happy in, but that also suits my needs as a commuting student. Exceptional Client Service across Petawawa Toyota... and that is why I drive from Ottawa (300km round trip)! In 2019 I purchased a Tacoma from Heather Leblanc of Petawawa Toyota and the total experience was amazing (and I am usually a negotiator). As opposed to all the specifics let me bottomline it - Heather and the Petawawa Team were great. No games just the best deal and the best trade in value of an older Tacoma. Just before Xmas I had some hiccups (damage and some concerns to be reviewed). Petawawa Toyota WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTION! Heather quickly engaged to help me out, gained the support of her \Coach\ (aka Mike Douglas) and Service Manager Marc to put all the pieces together (logistics and my truck!).
