Overpriced for the area; however, customer service is good most of the time. I have had good interactions with maintenance staff. They are quick to come to solve maintenance problems. The issue is that I have had multiple flooding of my closet, and my AC has gone out about 5 times. Many things just need to be replaced completely.

I love the 1br apartments here my apartment feels like a home . It’s cozy, and have everything needed to learn to live on your own . My favorite is the kitchen !!!

RUN as far away as you can. Money hungry renters. Wished I would have read the reviews before sending my son there. Rooms are in poor condition. Appliances work have the time. Takes weeks on end to repair anything. They add extra charges for electricity every month on top of the rent. When the schools shut down and stay at home orders were placed they refused to let us out of the lease with only a few months left. My son was not living there and they still charged me for extra electricity being used. All they want is your money and could care less about anything else.

If you were thinking about having your child stay at these apartments.. I would reconsider...They will charge an overage on electric every month whether you use a bunch or a little and the place is filthy. The staff at this facility is very unprofessional and I would reconsider and look at other places which are much better.
