Though I haven't been able to see the new space in Pet- I did do curbside pickup there and my order was ready to be picked up within minutes which was AMAZING! Fantastic selection of quality products and exceptional customer service!

I've ordered for pickup a few times since I live close by (I can't speak for how their delivery is, since delivery wouldn't make sense for me). Each time the order has always been ready before my scheduled pickup time, the order was always correct, the actual pickup process took about 10 seconds, and the staff were always so friendly. The store itself looks very cute and they did really well with a small space. I'll definitely keep going there!
I would definitely recommend!!! A very friendly environment with a welcoming, knowledgeable/thorough staff. An establishment with lots of privacy for picking up all kinds of cannabis products, and great quality accessories. I have undoubtedly become a regular customer here and have already recommended to all friends and family and all had similar reviews!
A sweet little joint to get all the things for weed you need. Very welcoming and informative! I Love that I can shop local for beautiful feminine smoking devices too! Will be trying curbside pick up soon !!

The store looks nice and the people were fine, my main problem is that it says via google maps that they are offering curbside pick-up due to Covid. Let me be clear when I say they ARE NOT offering curbside pickup, after I ordered I expected them to meet me outside, they told me they couldn’t because of store/government policy, I understand but I was choked because I did not want to enter the store and was made to unless I wanted to cancel my order. I told them google maps said they were offering curbside service and they claimed not to know it said this about their store and that they would change it. That was three weeks ago and clearly it says they are still offering curbside pickup. In normal times obviously this wouldn’t matter but if you care about safety as much as I do this felt like false advertising and I would have chosen somewhere else if I had known.
The ladies at Prairie and Luna were so helpful with my online order. I've been so thrilled with the quality of all my purchases and they were so quick to respond. I recommend to anyone who appreciates pretty things. Thanks ladies!
