I had my hair done for the first time today by DIane. I am new to town and just found their salon online. They booked me an appointment within a few days. I was nervous going to a new place as I've tried so many other recommendations back home and haven't been the happiest with my results. Diane took extra time to talk about all my concerns and goals and she really made them happen! It's the first time in a long time I've left a salon SO happy. She's friendly and personable. She addressed every concern about my hair I had. She also is the first hair dresser to really question whether or not I liked the color, to the point where she offered an alternative or touch up if I wasn't happy (and to always drop by in a week or two if the cut wasn't styling the way I wanted it and she would fix it). Great job!
