Just had gluten free fish here. Absolutely perfect. The chips are always very large portions and are delicious !!!! Proper Northern Chippy. 5 well deserved stars !!! The BEST fish and chip shop in the area. Lovely friendly team behind the counter.

What wonderful people! We arrived late having travelled from Cambridge, but they bent over backwards to serve us. Portions are great, food tasted awesome but above all was the warm, friendly and fun welcome! Thank you for making the start if our holiday such fun

Great choppy and a wickedly good curry sauce.
Been using this chippy for along time now I don't anywhere else for fish and chips .the food is fantastic,portions very generous. Fish always cooked fresh,so be prepared to wait,but worth it,try this place out.
