This began in April of this year when I brought in a dead battery pack from my screw gun to Total Battery in Pembroke. I asked to have the batteries replaced, and was charged 50.00 in advance. Weeks later, I went in and was told they had ordered the wrong batteries and it should be ready soon. Weeks later again, I finally got it back, but it didn't work. Then I was hit with the 2019 floods where my basement held 4 feet of water, so I got too busy to return it for a few weeks. We lost the furnace, washer, dryer, water tank, water pump, oil tank, drywall & studs, all stored item and, well you get the picture. On June 3, I finally had a break and got the battery pack back to the store asking for a simple missing weld to be tacked to the batteries so all the batteries were in line. It's now June 26 and they still couldn't be bothered to fix it. I emailed them a week ago and never got a response explaining the lack of progress. I then emailed Head Office the next day and they never got back to me either. Well guess what? Keep the damn batteries and mail me a cheque for what I paid. To fix all the flood damage here I had to go out and buy a brand new screw gun. I will not set foot in your store again.

I met some of the staff at a home show. I was in need of some batteries for the boat. I went to the store and the person who helped me was outstanding and very knowledgeable. I recommend this location to anyone.
