Had a wonderful buying/closing experience with them. Everyone is knowledgeable about the whole process, and they go above and beyond to help you. In my case, my contact did not specify usage of unused points, but they were able to get an addendum from the seller to include them as a part of closing. My HGVC purchase took less than 50 days from the day of winning the item on ebay to them sending the closing docs to hilton. They kept me updated every step of the way. I have to specially thank Jes and Marinda who patiently explained every single concern I had. I definitely recommend Timeshare Resale Vacations, LLC for anyone who is looking to buy a resale.
I contacted Miranda to see about relinquishing my timeshare. She mentioned picking up the 2020 maintenance fees from the timeshare and a fee of 375 to take over the timeshare. When I called back she was unwilling to pick up the maintenance fees and suddenly the fee was now 499. I would use caution dealing with this company
